Health and fitness have been an indivisible part of my life.
Yes, and thatswhy this page is dedicated and prioritised on my site.
Ever since my childhood i’ve been strongly inclined towards intense and challenging fitness activities. So be it sports like kabaddi, basket ball ,short-put, javelin throw. Or more intense and serious ones like…. ‘Bodybuilding’
And if you ask where is my source of inspiration… Well it is my source of origin.
My Mum…
My Mum was an athlete as well in her college days, and she was a silver medalist in short-put, of which i came to know the very day i brought home my own silver medal in the same event - short-put ! Now isn’t that a sweet coincidence
So it was from her that i got my inspiration unknowingly.
Bodybuilding
- I’ve been into bodybuilding for more than 17 years
- Of which i’ve professional competitive experience of 3 years
- I am a natural bodybuilder. Yes! no juice for me please
My love for bodybuilding has influenced a lot of my friends, peers, colleagues.
And thus, i also coach, train & guide folks who have an ardent thirst to reach their health & fitness goal, so that they can have a more sustainable and well balanced life.
For that, i’ve also equipped myself with knowledge to provide them the best guidance and consultation.
